Mechanic Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$25.00 to $27.00 /hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift
Change oil, fluids, and perform PM maintenance
Use hand and power tools to repair, clean, and maintain pumps and pump appearance.
Load, secure, deliver, unload and install pumps.
Receive, inspect and stock needed products, including oil filters, air filters, pump, hoses, and tools.
Secure and maintain hand and power tools required for work completion. Inspect, examine, and test pumps using pressure gauge, hydrostatic testing, observation, or other methods.
Read, comprehend, and apply information from parts diagrams, owner’s and instruction manuals. Assemble and secure pipes, fittings, and related equipment, according to specifications.
Mechanic Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Two years industrial mechanic experience or three to six months experience and/or training maintaining industrial, mud, vacuum, or submersible pumps; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have own tools
Be able to work evenings and weekends
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
