Brief Overview:

The Service Manager is an integral member of our client’s team. The Service Manager is responsible for managing technicians at the Lowcountry facility. Management of technicians includes approving timecards, monitoring the quality of work performed, nurturing customer relationships and maintaining the culture and positive morale in the shop. In addition the Service Manager will be responsible for scheduling and managing all the service work performed in the shop. This will require the Service Manager to work closely with the Lowcountry Parts Manager for parts needs for completing jobs. The Service Manager, with assistance from the Aftermarket Director, will maintain and foster customer relationships in addition to working to sell our services to increase our customer base. It is of the utmost importance to foster impeccable customer service and relationships while turning out quality work efficiently.

• 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership role in a related field

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
