Vehicle Service Contractor Position Available In Greenville, South Carolina

Vehicle Service Contractor Aperture Group 1300 Brookfield Boulevard, Greenville, SC 29607 We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Vehicle Service Contractor to join our Greenville, SC team. This role is responsible for adjudicating Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) claims by working closely with dealerships and repair shops. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair, service writing, and parts advising. Must be available to interview June 4, and be available for a July 7 start class if offered

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 10AM-7PM

OR 11AM-8PM + 1

Saturday/month (with a rotating float day).

Key Responsibilities:

Review and adjudicate mechanical claims related to Vehicle Service Contracts. Communicate with dealerships and repair shops via phone and computer. Evaluate diagnostic reports and repair estimates to determine claim eligibility. Verify parts costs, labor rates, and repair procedures. Provide updates to partners and internal teams. Maintain accurate records of claims decisions and communications.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics, from basic services to major engine repairs. Experience in service writing, diagnostics, or parts advising. Familiarity with labor guides and parts pricing. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient with computers and phone-based environments for 8-hour days.

Preferred Experience:

Experience adjudicating mechanical claims or working with VSCs is a plus.

Compensation:

Ranges from $23.32-$25.96/hour depending on level. Overtime available.

VSC I:

$23.32/hour

VSC II:

$24.28/hour

VSC III:

$25.96/hour
