Job Description The RouteService Delivery Driver’s primary responsibilities are to providepremium customer service to residential, commercial, and retailcustomers, accelerate growth through upselling, manage accountinformation, and work safely. This role is highly interactive andrequires the ability to safely operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle(CMV).

$1,000 (payable per Primo Brands terms)

$57,825 / year customer tips

Schedule:

Monday – Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs)

Start Time:

Between 6 am – 7 am until workload completed

Safety Focus Operate a commercialvehicle in a safe and responsible manner, follow defined safe workpractices, and complete DOT required documentation on a daily basisAdhere to our safety policies which include the prohibited use ofelectronic devices while driving and reporting any on-the-jobincidents or changes in driving status Service Orientation Becourteous, outgoing and always maintain a professional image Meeteach customer’s individual preference by delivering the correctproducts to the right location during their scheduled day andtimeframe Maintain necessary delivery information on all accountsincluding cash and receipts Find opportunities to maximizeefficiencies and bring actionable solutions to leadership Act as ateam player by supporting the team with decisions and helpingothers when needed Provide professional water dispenser cleaningservices to customers while adhering to a strict quality processSelling Skills Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines set forthby Primo Brands Upsell additional products and services to existingcustomers and achieve monthly customer acquisition goalsQualifications Requirements/Qualifications Ability to secure and/ormaintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicableCDL positions) Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and canassist you with obtaining your Class B CDL High School Diploma, GEDor equivalent work experience Service-oriented with strongface-to-face sales skills Ability to work independently,efficiently, and in different types of weather Ability toeffectively interact with customers in a variety of settingsAbility to lift and carry an average of 250 units per day, eachweighing up to 45 lbs., using product handling tools asappropriate, with or without a reasonable accommodation Ability toclimb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average 40-55 times perday Ability to work an average 45-hour week or more, includingvariable start/end times Ability to alternately sit, stand, push,pull and walk all day, with or without a reasonable accommodationYou must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card for thepurpose of working for Primo Brands You must possess a cleandriving record, which means: in the last 3 years, that you’ve onlyhad 1 license, no driving-related suspension, revocation orcancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 movingviolations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 3years, no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, refusal totest, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without aCDL, or at-fault fatal accident.
