Automotive Service Advisor Bob Mills Mitsubishi Myrtle Beach 431 Hospitality Lane, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579

Duties:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Listen to customers’ concerns and accurately assess their vehicle service needs
• Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance based on vehicle inspections
• Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
• Schedule appointments and manage the service department’s workflow
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process
• Process payment transactions and maintain accurate records “`Qualifications“`
• Previous experience in automotive service or repair industry preferred but not necessary
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers in person and over the phone
• Proficient in auto estimating software and systems
• Familiarity with air brake systems, shocks, struts, alignments, tire services, oil changes, and other common automotive services
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
