Full Job Description Job Summary:
Lugoff Chevy Buick GMC is seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team in Lugoff, South Carolina. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing quality maintenance and repair services on various vehicles, including Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC models. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with the opportunity for growth and development. The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of $15 to $30 per hour, paid weekly, and will have access to a range of benefits.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues Complete all work accurately and efficiently, minimizing customer wait times and ensuring customer satisfaction Utilize dealership software and diagnostic equipment for proper vehicle diagnosis and repair Keep work area clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient work environment Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding vehicle repair status and any additional recommendations Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and certification courses
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as an automotive technician or completion of an automotive technical program ASE certifications preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of automotive systems and components Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Must have own tools
