Looking for an experienced Automotive Customer Service Advisor to join our team here at Cottman Transmission and Total Auto Care.
Position Responsibilities:
Customer Service. Answer phone calls. Make appointments for customers. Sell jobs to customers. Create quotes for customers. Communicate jobs and customer concerns with technicians. Communicate technician findings to customer so they can understand what is wrong with their vehicle. Order parts. Do some bookkeeping and misc. jobs. Before and after visual inspections. Have computer Knowledge. Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Position Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to work in a high-volume workplace.
