Responsibilities:
Quick Lube Technician:
Check and communicate oil levels Ensure proper tire pressure Inspect and refill fluids as needed Conduct vehicle inspections Install new oil drain plugs and filters Clean and lubricate fittings Deliver top-notch customer service Customer satisfaction is our top priority
Service Technician:
Efficiently complete tasks outlined in repair orders Perform test drives and use diagnostic tools Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems Communicate with Service Advisor and provide repair time estimates Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience at an automotive dealership Familiarity with the service drive Varies experience levels depending on the position High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service skills Basic computer competencies Positive, customer-focused attitude Thrive in a fast-paced environment Collaborative team player Willingness to learn new technology and procedures Competence with electronic diagnostic equipment Valid driver’s license and clean record Willing to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background check We are an equal opportunity employer .
