Job Description:

ASE Master Certified Independent technicians are welcome toapply! We seek highly skilled and motivated certified CJDRtechnicians to join our team at Stateline CJDR in Fort Mill, SouthCarolina. Our service department is growing at an exponential rate;we currently generate 1,750 repair orders on average per month. Wehave a well seasoned team of service advisors that are pushing tobe the best performing store in our market. As a Technician, youwill be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on CJDRvehicles, ensuring that they are safe, reliable, and meet ourdealership’s high-quality standards. This full-time position offersa base salary plus commission, with a pay rate of $25 to $48 perhour with increases based on performance.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

$30 to $54 per hour (paid semi-monthly) Performance based

Increase:

85 flat rate hours turned = $5.00 rate increase

Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order withefficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
• Testcomponents and systems, using diagnostic tools and special serviceequipment; test drive vehicles
• Diagnose, maintain, and repairvehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the ServiceAdvisor so that customers can be informed if any additional serviceis needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report
• Executerepairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Requirements
• Must have ASE Master Certification or CJDR equivalent training(Level 2 & 3)
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair andmaintenance
• Fast learner
• Good written and verbal communicationskills
• Good customer service skills
• Team player
• Computerliterate
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
