Automotive Service Advisor 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 974 Bethel Street, Clover, SC 29710 We are looking for an organized, detail oriented Service Advisor for a small town Chevrolet dealer. Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus. We are a small town dealer, but we are growing! We’re looking for someone who has long term thinking. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. Salary + Commission. 401k, health care, paid vacation, etc. Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs. Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history. Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs. Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns to ensure satisfaction.
