Automotive Restoration Technician Young’s speed&fab LLC Smithville, TN 37166 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles and building high end custom hot rods ensuring that all repairs meet extremely high standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, wiring, metal fabrication and the ability to work with various power tools, welders, and diagnostic equipment. Duties Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues in vehicles. Utilize power tools effectively for repairs Conduct repairs on powertrain systems and other automotive components. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results. Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Experience Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using various power tools. Ability to perform automotive diagnostics accurately and efficiently. Previous experience working on vehicles is advantaage Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Must be willing to learn and throw everything you think you know out the window
