DUTY TRUCK & TRAILER
Roadside Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, be willing to work at all hours, and provide top-notch roadside assistance to our customers. This role involves responding to a variety of roadside situations, including vehicle breakdowns, flat tires, battery issues, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and professional roadside assistance services. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on-site, including but not limited to, engine problems, electrical faults, and tire replacements. Perform battery jumps, fuel deliveries, lockout services, and other minor repairs. Ensure customer safety and satisfaction throughout the service experience. Maintain accurate records of services provided and communicate effectively with dispatch. Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in automotive repair preferred. Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic. Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of vehicle systems and components. Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations with professionalism. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Schedule:
This position requires availability to work 24/7 shifts. The schedule includes one weekend on and one weekend off, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.
