What You’ll Do:

Welcome every guest with a smile and a spirit of Omotenashi —hospitality that anticipates and exceeds expectations Clearly communicate vehicle needs, service timelines, and updates with transparency and professionalism Serve as the vital link between our guests and our skilled technicians Guide guests through the service experience with empathy, education, and respect Follow up post-service to ensure complete satisfaction and build lasting relationships Ethically present recommended services based on vehicle needs and guest priorities
