Full Job Description Retail General Service Technician General Description:

Retail General Service Technicians will provide basic automotive maintenance for our customers.

Duties Include:
  • Provide general services for vehicle maintenance and repair, such as oil changes, tire rotation, tire repair and tire replacement for our customers.
  • Complete vehicle inspection.
  • Assist fellow teammates in performing technical activities.
  • Document all work performed on the repair order.
  • Ensure that shop equipment is maintained in top working condition and adheres to shop safety and environmental practices.
  • Deliver tires and pick up parts as needed.
  • Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
  • Operate equipment and customer vehicles safely and responsibly.
  • Maintain strong communication between store teammates and all support departments.
  • Be familiar with, adhere to, and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to legal & Industry guidelines, including such things as
OSHA & TIA

requirements.

  • Maintain Shop Cleanliness
  • Other duties as assigned.
Retail General Service Technician Requirements:
  • Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license; driving record must meet company’s insurance requirements.
  • Position requires continuous standing, bending, lifting and the ability to lift up to 50+ pounds.
