This role also assists with general property maintenance of our homes and main office, but will focus primarily on keeping company vehicles safe, clean, and in good working order.•Key Responsibilities Inspect and perform routine maintenance on company vehicles (oil changes, tire rotation, fluid checks, etc.). Diagnose and repair minor vehicle issues (e.g., brake pads, lights, battery issues, and tune-ups). Schedule and coordinate larger repairs with outside vendors when needed. Ensure all vehicles meet safety and cleanliness standards. Maintain detailed maintenance records for each vehicle. Assist with transportation logistics and moving vehicles between locations. Maintain shop areas, tools, and equipment in clean and organized condition. Support other maintenance team members as needed on residential property tasks (basic electrical, plumbing, landscaping, etc.). Participate in Transportation and Safety Committee Meetings. Perform other related duties as assigned by Director of Maintenance.•

Requirements:

Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Tennessee Driver’s License. Pass a criminal Background Check Authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to pass a drug screening at any time. Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. Ability to visually and physically inspect vehicles and facilities. Experience with basic automotive maintenance and repairs. Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and maintenance tools. Basic computer usage skills (e.g., entering data, using maintenance software, email communication). Good communication and teamwork abilities.•Preferred Skills & Experience Familiarity with vehicle maintenance tracking software (e.g., Fleetio, Manager SE, etc.). Strong organizational and documentation skills. General handyman or facility maintenance experience a plus.
