• CDL Sponsorship Reimbursement Details:

• We will sponsor/reimburse the cost of your CDL training and licensing
• Starting pay ranges from
• $20•22/hour•while attending classes and assisting in the field•Pay increases to •$24/hour or more•after you earn your CDL license•A •24-month employment commitment•is required after CDL licensing •(If you leave before the 24-month mark, you will be responsible for repaying the reimbursed CDL cost)•

• What Youll Do:

• Assist CDL drivers and technicians on septic service jobs
• Learn to operate equipment, uncover tanks, and handle vacuum hoses
• Help with loading/unloading, prepping job sites, and communicating with customers
• Attend CDL training and complete licensing with company reimbursement
• Grow into a full CDL Driver role after certification

• Minimum Requirements:

• Valid drivers license (CDL not required at time of hire
• Reliable transportation to and from Spring Hill, TN
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a team-first attitude
• Customer service first mindset
• Willingness to commit to 24 months of employment after CDL reimbursement
