The technicians we are looking for haveto seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion fordoing what’s right for our guests. Responsibilities include, butare not limited to: Technicians use their knowledge & skills todiagnose and fix vehicles for our guest Continuously buildexperience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range ofdomestic and foreign vehicles Complete full, accurate, and honestcourtesy vehicle inspections Work as part of a team to troubleshootguest concerns quickly and effectively Follow and promote our highstandards of safety, cleanliness, and organization Work closelywith the service department and effectively communicate concernsWork together with other technicians to solve problems, meetdeadlines, and deliver distinguished results

QualificationsQualifications:

Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest 3years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic ASECertifications preferred, or a plan to achieve Capable ofdiagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles Meet orexceed hourly goals Aptitude for learning additional skills andprocesses Professional appearance and strong communication A desirefor long-term career development

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds Be able to work withtools on vehicles lifted above their head Work in tight spaces asdictated by the vehicle’s needed repair Have the needed dexterityin order to efficiently use hand tools Walk/stand for the majorityof their workday Drive manual transmissions vehicles Efficientlynavigate a computer Additional Information Christian BrothersAutomotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providingprecision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophyof people first.
