Responsibilities:

Greet guests, write up repair orders, and build trust through clear communication Translate customer concerns into accurate technician notes and repair plans Walk customers through inspections, warranties, and upsell recommendations Update guests by phone or text throughout the repair process Close repair orders and ensure billing is accurate and timely Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

What You Bring:

2+ years as a service advisor in a dealership or high-volume shop Strong communication and customer service skills Experience with Tekion, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS software Knowledge of basic vehicle systems, maintenance schedules, and warranty work Positive, proactive mindset and attention to detail Valid driver’s license and clean
