Real Estate Development and Property Management companyis seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technicianfor our multifamily apartment community. The main function of theApartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, andcomplete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidatewill have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-roundedskills such as electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Requirements
- Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively andefficiently
- Cleaning of vacant units and building
- Maintain acount of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Managerdaily
- Keep the maintenance area neat and clean
- Work on callrotations for maintenance emergencies
- Coordinate with theProperty Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed. Essential Skills/Abilities
- Plumbing, electrical, and carpentryexperience
- Ability to support and contribute to the team
- Positive attitude
- Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevantmaintenance field
- Neat, clean, and professional
