About the

Role:

As an HVAC Service Technician 1 at Tri City Air,you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety ofour clients by maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, andair conditioning systems. Your primary responsibility will be todiagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and execute repairson various HVAC equipment. You will work closely with customers toprovide exceptional service, ensuring their systems operateefficiently and effectively. This position requires a strongcommitment to safety and adherence to industry standards whiledelivering high-quality workmanship. Ultimately, your efforts willcontribute to the overall satisfaction of our clients and thereputation of Tri City Air as a leader in HVAC services.

MinimumQualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in variousenvironmental conditions. 1-2 Years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

EPA certification for refrigerant handling. Previous experience in HVAC service or installation. Familiarity with advanced HVAC diagnostic tools andsoftware. Customer service experience in a technical field. Additional certifications related to HVACsystems.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems toensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions andimplement effective repairs. Communicate with clients to explain service findings andrecommend solutions. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts usedfor each job. Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations whileworking on HVAC systems.

Skills:

The required skills for thisposition include a solid understanding of HVAC systems, which willbe applied daily in diagnosing and repairing equipment. Strongcommunication skills are essential for effectively interacting withclients and explaining technical issues in an understandablemanner. Problem-solving abilities will be utilized to identifymalfunctions and determine the best course of action for repairs.

Attention to detail is critical when performing maintenance tasksto ensure all systems are functioning safely and efficiently.

Preferred skills, such as familiarity with diagnostic tools, willenhance your ability to perform complex repairs and improve overallservice delivery.
