Key Responsibilities:

A creative approach to repairing damaged RV’s Thoroughly examine vehicle damages and repair effectively and efficiently Tint/color matching skills Create and recreate stripe layouts and fades Final finish smooth transitions over stripes, hardlines, and blends Lay multiple separate consistent base coats and clear coats free of runs and contaminants Fill depressions with body filler and ensure a quality repair Able to develop appropriate and efficient methods for each job Well versed with fiberglass, epoxy, bondo (glaze), composites, and plastic repair methods Return vehicle back to factory specifications Maintain clean and organized workspace for safety and efficiency Communicate with advisors and managers about needed parts and materials for repairs Keep up to date on repair methods including technology and materials Able to work in a fast-paced team environment Knowledge in solvent paint, primers, and gel coat Utilize proper safety from mask to protective wear Ability to work from ladders and racks in elevated areas

Qualifications:

Prior experience in RV or automotive body repair preferred. Knowledge of different types of RV body construction. Skilled in using various tools and materials such as hammers, grinders, and welding equipment. Knowledge of paint mixing and matching techniques. Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods of time. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Working Conditions:

Work is primarily conducted on-site at the service shop May require extended periods of standing, walking, and bending May require lifting or moving heavy equipment or objects May require working in tight spaces or at heights May require exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals May require working weekends or holidays What we offer: (Benefits start on the 1st day of the month following a 30-day waiting period) We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career advancement.
