• We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Oliver Ford of Bennington, VT.

The Service Advisor is a critical role that plays a vital part in our customers’ experience, ensuring that their vehicle is serviced and maintained to the highest standards. • Duties
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely manner.
• Greet customers upon arrival and ensure that their vehicle is treated with the utmost care.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide detailed reports to customers, including any necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Work closely with our Service Technicians to diagnose and repair vehicle issues, providing a comprehensive overview of the work performed.
• Ensure that all services and repairs are performed in a timely and efficient manner, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Manage cash handling and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and secure.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Perform routine oil changes and tire services, as well as brake repairs and shock and strut replacements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and best practices, continuously improving service quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all vehicle maintenance procedures and requirements.
• Experience
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role, with a strong background in automotive sales and service.
• Prior experience working in a dealership or a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures, including brake repair and tire service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, Service Technicians, and management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
