Full Job Description Overview:

Signalink is looking to hire an Aviation Analyst who will work with a diverse team comprised of engineering, logistics, and aircraft professionals in support of U.S. Army Program Executive Office – Aviation (PEO AVN) and U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC).

Responsibilities and Duties:

Apply well-developed analytical skills and methodologies throughout the life cycle of avionics system development and work with, and assist, our customer in achieving their program objectives. Perform independent analysis of the avionics system, including physical, performance, and operational characteristics to ensure the system or systems-of-systems satisfy program requirements and airworthiness objectives. Review analysis results from other members of the team, reconcile discrepancies, and organize results for reporting. Perform independent analysis of the integration of the avionics system into the aviation platform. Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum of a high school diploma +15 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within DoD or aviation contexts Ability to travel 10% of the time Active secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one

Preferred Experience and Knowledge:

Familiarity with Army or DoD aviation technical manuals and maintenance documentation. Demonstrated ability to interpret 3D technical concepts and render them as accurate, static 2D illustrations. Proficient in interpreting and translating complex schematics, engineering drawings, and specifications. Capable of working effectively in a multi-disciplinary, team-oriented environment.
