Expertise and Functions:

Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management suite Perform all administrative functions for the IBM Engineering tools, including user management, license management, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting Provide technical support and training to engineering teams on the effective use of the IBM Engineering tools Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement Develop and maintain documentation related to the IBM Engineering tools and processes Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of the IBM Engineering tools with other systems Manage and maintain the DB2 database associated with the IBM Engineering tools Ensurepliance with security policies and procedures Stay up-to-date on the latest IBM Engineering tools and technologies Quickly adapt to new situations and technologies Occasionally work late night maintenance windows to support patching as needed Other duties as assigned

Education/Training:

High School diploma or equivalent required Associate’s Degree in technical/scientific discipline preferred Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ CE, or higher required

Experience:

6+ years of direct experience in relevant IT roles Experience as an IBM Engineering SME, with in-depth knowledge of: IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) IBM Rhapsody Experience performing administrative tasks and providing support for the IBM Engineering tools Experience with DB2 database administration and management
Requirements

Security:

Must be a US citizen
Candidate must be in possession of a Secret Security Clearance or higher

Physical Requirements:

Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
Prolonged periods ofputer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary:

$130,000 – 190,000
