Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Assist with the installation, modification, and fabrication of wiring, electrical components, and fixtures per blueprints and engineering drawings. Complete tasks within the allocated timeframe. Maintain required logs and records. Follow company FOD, tool control, 5-S programs, and safety regulations. Maintain shop equipment and tools as directed by the Supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required. General knowledge of regulatory requirements and customer specifications. Must know how to use a multimeter. Six (6) months of accredited schooling in aviation electronics or general electrical experience preferred. Technical certificate in aircraft electrical assembly preferred, or successful completion of a youth apprenticeship program sponsored by Gulfstream. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills and general software knowledge required. Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
