Job Description
Summary:
Seeking an Avionics Installer II to assist in installations, modifications, and fabrication of wiring and electrical components for aviation systems.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. Two years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics or related work experience, or an avionics certificate with one year of related experience. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and customer specifications. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams. Computer skills and general software knowledge necessary.
Responsibilities:
Assist in installations, modifications, and fabrication of wiring and electrical components according to blueprints and engineering drawings. Maintain required logs and records. Complete tasks within allotted time frames ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and specifications. Ensure defective-free assembly prior to final inspection. Comply with company programs including FOD, tool control, 5-S, and safety regulations.
