Job Description
::: {#display_ats_requisition_description}This position will support the PCI Aviation engineering office in Warner Robins, GA solving RandM issues specific to the H-60, UH-1, and
TH-1 USAF
rotary-wing aircraft. The successful individual will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on USAF aircraft maintenance and will be providing technical support, conducting research, assisting engineering personnel, traveling to aircraft locations as necessary, troubleshooting aircraft systems, creating reports on findings, and producing solutions for customers requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing maintenance data trend analysis, failure mode and effects analysis updates, preventative maintenance package task updates
- Isolating and analyzing aircraft functional system deficiencies, identifying appropriate solutions, and assisting in the production of data required to implement the improvements
- Performing research for all aircraft systems, malfunction analysis, modification, parts replacement, components repair, standards, and specifications
- Planning, analyzing, and coordinating acquisition of replacement or repairs of components no longer logistically supported by USAF subcontractors
- Recommending maintenance procedural changes and submits change recommendation documentation via change request channels
- Preparing, editing, and/or submitting research, travel, technical and other reports
- Evaluating customer submitted: document change requests, deficiency reports, safety/hazard reports, and accident/incident reports to evaluate failure modes and formulate solutions
- Working individually to form solutions with little to no guidance
- Performing all duties on-time and on-budget
- Identifying barriers, briefing leadership on deviations, and submitting solutions

- 3+ years experience in reliability and maintainability support
- Must possess organizational and time management skills
- Must possess and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all acquisition systems assigned to the Aviation portfolio
- Extensive knowledge of Aviation operations

- Must demonstrate cross-functional team collaboration skills in a rapidly changing, high intensity, mission-oriented work environment
- Excellent working knowledge of computer operations and softwareSecurity RequirementsMust be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level, though candidates with an active Secret are highly sought.
US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
