Hire Responsibilities:

Install avionics systems in aircraft Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on avionics systems Test and troubleshoot avionics equipment and systems Repair or replace defective components Upgrade software in avionics systems Calibrate and adjust avionics instruments Interpret technical manuals and regulations Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections Ensure compliance with safety and aviation regulations Document maintenance procedures and repairs Collaborate with engineers and other technicians Perform system diagnostics using specialized equipment Qualifications & Skills Associate’s degree or higher in Avionics or a related field Experience with specific aircraft models and avionics systems Professional certifications from avionics manufacturers Strong understanding of digital and analog electronics Proficiency in using diagnostic software and tools Basic understanding of electronics and avionics systems Hands-on experience with avionics maintenance and repair Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals Knowledge of FAA regulations and industry standards Excellent problem-solving skills Physical ability to work in confined spaces and at heights Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
