Job Type:

Full-Time Consultant (12-Month Contract)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (First Shift)

Pay Rate:

$41.91/hr ($36.98/hr + $4.93 H&W)
This position requires a security clearance, and candidates are required to be U.S. Citizens.
About the Role
As a Product Repair/Mod Technician, you’ll be at the heart of aerospace innovation—ensuring mission-critical systems are flight-ready and performing at their peak. Your expertise will directly impact the safety, reliability, and performance of aerospace vehicles used in vital operations.
What You’ll Do
Assemble, disassemble, and modify aerospace systems and components.
Troubleshoot complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Repair and replace faulty components to correct failures or implement upgrades.
Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
Perform validation and verification testing of systems and components.
Document procedures, test results, and inspections to ensure compliance.
Inspect components for flight worthiness and regulatory standards.
Oversee and support training initiatives for team members.
Education & Experience
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School diploma/GED) and 4 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate degree + 2 years’ related work, Bachelor’s degree, etc.).
Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

Experience in aerospace systems maintenance, repair, or modification.
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in aerospace.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working on military or commercial aircraft.
Certifications in aerospace maintenance or repair.
Leadership or training experience in a technical environment.

Pay Details:

$41.91 per hour
