Job Type:

Full-Time Consultant (12-Month Contract)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (First Shift)

Pay Rate:

$41.91hr ($36.98hr + $4.93 H&W)
This position requires a security clearance, and candidates are required to be U.S. Citizens.
About the Role
As a Product RepairMod Technician, you’ll be at the heart of aerospace innovation—ensuring mission-critical systems are flight-ready and performing at their peak. Your expertise will directly impact the safety, reliability, and performance of aerospace vehicles used in vital operations.
What You’ll Do
Assemble, disassemble, and modify aerospace systems andponents.
Troubleshootplex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Repair and replace faultyponents to correct failures or implement upgrades.
Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
Perform validation and verification testing of systems andponents.
Document procedures, test results, and inspections to ensurepliance.
Inspectponents for flight worthiness and regulatory standards.
Oversee and support training initiatives for team members.
Education & Experience
Educationexperience typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School diplomaGED) and 4 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalentbination of education and experience (e.g., vocational schoolAssociate degree + 2 years’ related work, Bachelor’s degree, etc.).
Applicable and appropriate educationalcertification credentials from an accredited institution andor equivalent experience is required.
What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

Experience in aerospace systems maintenance, repair, or modification.
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.
Familiarity withpliance and regulatory standards in aerospace.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working on military ormercial aircraft.
Certifications in aerospace maintenance or repair.
Leadership or training experience in a technical environment.

Pay Details:

$41.91 per hour
