Adecco Perm Recruitment is seeking a skilled Avionics Field Service Technician II in the Charleston, SC area. This position provides on-site support for interiorponents manufactured in the USA, France, and Great Britain. This role is part of a team that assists customers during aircraft assembly, addressing installation issues, damaged parts, rework pickups, cosmetic defects, and customer concerns.
Rework responsibilities cover various areas, including Receiving, BFE, Factory, and Flight Line, for all aircraft equipped with seat products. All rework performed at the facility mustply with drawings, specifications, and detailed rework instructions.
Working under general supervision, the Avionics Field Service Technician II reports to the OSS Manager daily. This position handles moderatelyplex issues and escalates moreplex problems to senior.

DIRECT HIRE

Rework and Stamping:

Perform and document rework and stamp pickups, whether self-identified or requested by the customer during aircraft assembly.

Component Replacement & Troubleshooting:

Replace and troubleshoot faulty electronicponents and damaged parts; adjust misaligned panels and trim pieces; assist the seat installation team andplete other assigned tasks.

Quality Assurance:

Maintain a consistently high level of workmanship.

Communication:

Respond promptly to allmunications, including phone calls, from personnel and customers.

Customer & Team Relations:

Build and maintain a positive rapport with personnel and customers.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all safety guidelines and processes established by theanization.

Parts & Orders:

Submit accurate part order requests and understand the POA/SOA process.

Vehicle Operation:

Safely operate thepany van and transport technicians as needed.

Meetings & Coordination:

• Attend daily standup/tie-in meetings.
• Coordinate with QA personnel, engineers, leads, technicians, and other key team members on a daily basis.

Training & Compliance:

Complete required training related to flight line operations, safety, and other relevant courses throughout the year.

Pay Details:

$63,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
