Responsibilities:
Perform rework, maintenance, modification, pre-flight and post-flight inspections, and troubleshooting on commercial aircraft. Conduct functional tests and inspections on pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems to identify and document mechanical and/or electronic faults. Execute pre-flight and post-flight checks and verify completion of maintenance and modification actions. Assist with system and sub-system inspections and aircraft readiness for delivery. Ensure all work performed meets company standards and FAA regulatory requirements. Plan and schedule tasks independently with guidance from the lead technician; work is reviewed for quality and compliance. Foster a team-oriented, safety-focused culture built on respect, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED and 4+ years of relevant experience , or equivalent combination of education and experience. FAA Airframe & Power Plant (A&P) license required 1+ years of experience in aerospace, aircraft fabrication, or manufacturing. •1+ years of hands-on avionics and/or electrical system experience. Ability and willingness to work any shift including days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on the 787 program . Background in airline, MRO, or overhaul operations . Experience with team leadership in a formal or informal role.
