The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and have experience in bicycle maintenance. This role requires the ability to provide excellent customer service while performing various technical tasks. Responsibilities Perform routine bicycle maintenance and repairs, ensuring high-quality service. Conduct brake repairs and other mechanical tasks as needed. Assist customers with inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support. Assemble components and systems as required for bicycle repairs. Lift heavy equipment or parts as necessary, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored. Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction. Build and guide systems for inventory management, appointment scheduling, and other aspects involved in the bicycle retail/repair portion of the business. Qualifications Proven experience in vehicle maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Familiarity with brake repair techniques and procedures is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.
