What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations across our facility by:
Keeping Us Running:
Performing daily preventative maintenance (PM) on industrial dryers and specialized machinery to ensure reliable production.
Solving Problems:
Diagnosing and repairing electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues on complex systems.
- Beyond the
Machines:
Taking care of general building maintenance, including plumbing and basic fabrication tasks.
Staying Organized:
Utilizing CMMS software to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain PM schedules.
Getting Hands-On:
Safely operating a scissor lift and managing multiple priorities with a proactive mindset.
Collaborating:
Communicating with management and fellow team members to keep operations transparent and efficient.
The Details:
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, with regular overtime required.
Compensation:
Up to $28/hour, depending on experience.

High School Responsibilities Responsibilities:
- Perform daily preventative maintenance (PM) on industrial dryers and other specialized machinery to ensure continuous and efficient production.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues on complex equipment.
- Conduct general building maintenance, including plumbing tasks and light fabrication work.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work, track findings, and manage preventative maintenance schedules.
- Operate scissor lifts and other tools to complete maintenance tasks safely and effectively.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on critical needs.
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to communicate equipment status and maintenance updates. The essential functions of this role include:
