Residential Maintenance Technician ONLY! We are a Property Management Company who has been in business over 50 years and are looking for a full time Residential Maintenance Technician to hire immediately. This position will work at apartments and houses located in Baldwin County.
Candidate must:
Have strong skills in the following: Plumbing Electrical Appliance Repair Be able to lift 75 lbs. Have reliable transportation Have tools Have excellent work references Be able to work outside (when necessary) in all seasons of Alabama weather Be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon applying
