The maintenance technician’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responding to residents’ requests for maintenance and repair, ensuring requests are fulfilled promptly, competently, and professionally. Performing daily inspections of the property as well as maintenance and upkeeping duties necessary to preserve the community. Making vacant units ready for new residents, following appropriate checklists and procedures, and assuring units are ready on time. Ensuring that property grounds are clean and maintained daily. Previous experience or training appreciated, but not necessary. We’re looking for aptitude and personality. We will provide training for all aspects of the job.
