POSITION PURPOSE AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
At Perdido Beach Resort we rely on the Engineering Department to maintain, repair and keep up all areas of the Resort. We ask our General Maintenance employees to help us maintain a safe and clean property for our guests and employees to enjoy. Learn from an experienced team of professionals what it takes to keep a major property like ours running and in tip-top condition. Complete work order requests in a timely manner. Experience with HVAC. Certification is a plus. Experience in plumbing repairs. Experience in electrical repairs. Pool maintenance experience. CPO is a plus. Experience in lock replacement and repair. Perform preventive maintenance on all mechanical/electrical equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and guest rooms. Maintain the Rooms Preventative Maintenance Program and keep updated records. Maintain all mechanical areas in an orderly and clean condition. Maintain working spaces in safe and clean condition.
