This position plays a key role in keeping the property clean, safe, and functional for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine building maintenance and repairs Replace lightbulbs, repair fixtures, and address minor plumbing and electrical issues Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance requests Assist with general upkeep of common areas, including trash removal and basic cleaning Support larger repair projects as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities, or a related field preferred Basic knowledge of tools, building systems, and safety practices Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Weekend availability is required Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as part of daily duties
