Job Duties:
Upkeep of landscape and lawn including mowing lawn, weed-whacking, and trimming hedges Basic maintenance of dormitory facility including assisting with plumbing issues, changing lightbulbs, and maintain the heating/cooling system Keep building ready for use by completing preventive maintenance and reporting any needed changes Spot any safety risks and address the issue with management Respond to any emergencies and provide necessary assistance
Requirements:
Basic carpentry skills, lawn care, building upkeep, and plumbing experience Strong communication skills Basic computer skills Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs and walk excessively Ability to push/pull equipment such as lawn mower Ability to use ladders
