• Full-Time | We are seeking a reliable and skilled
• Maintenance Technician
• to join our team at a 72-unit apartment community. This role is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general upkeep of units and common areas.

• Responsibilities:

• Complete resident service requests in a timely manner
• Perform routine property inspections and preventative maintenance
• Assist with apartment turnovers and unit make-readies
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed

• Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and be part of an on-call rotation
