Service and Maintenance Technician 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 3611 20th Ave, Valley, AL 36854 Rich’s Car Wash, a family owned regional express car wash company with 42+ locations across 6 states, is seeking a S ervice and Maintenance Technician to join our growing company. Our Service & Maintenance Technicians are responsible for servicing and repairing equipment across multiple locations, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a company that values quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. The best candidates for us will have strong electrical background but also should have some experience in various areas of service oriented repair working with everything from hydraulics and motors to plumbing, welding, and basic construction . All candidates need to have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record so that they can be ready to be at any of the washes in their assigned work area based on priority of need. WE NEED highly motivated, problem solvers who can adapt on the fly and who can help our wash teams keep a customer first focus. Our Service Team is critical to our overall mission of treating every customer like family while providing the best car wash experience. Service & Maintenance Technicians have to be able be flexible and go where the most pressing needs is, whenever that need arises.
