- Basic carpentry skills
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, electrical installations, plumbing, HVAC maintenance and repair
- Responding to residents maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Inspecting buildings, appliances, and systems regularly for any signs of damage or wear and tear
- Repairing or replacing faulty equipment and systems
- Replacing door locks, knobs, hinges, etc
- Hanging doors

- Replacing flooring
