Job DetailsWe are seeking dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technicians whowill be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the efficiency ofour facility’s equipment and systems. You will work closely withthe Maintenance Lead and play a vital role in keeping ouroperations running smoothly. Your work will focus on bothpreventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime andoptimize our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Performroutine maintenance and repairs on facility structures, productionmachinery, and utility systems. Execute preventive and predictivemaintenance tasks as outlined in the company’s maintenanceschedule. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues withmechanical, electrical, and control systems to reduce equipmentdowntime. Install, maintain, and repair new and existing productionequipment. Maintain inventories of equipment, parts, and suppliesand proactively identify replenishment needs. Maintain thereadiness of the company vehicle fleet and material handlingequipment. Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades andprocess improvements to boost efficiency. Adhere to company safetyprotocols and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, andlocal regulations.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in anindustrial or manufacturing maintenance role. Knowledge andhands-on experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) androbotic systems Experience working with industrial electricalsystems, particularly 480V 3-phase systems. Welding experience,including MIG, TIG, and Arc welding, for repair and fabricationpurposes. Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics,especially for electrical and pneumatic systems. Familiarity withtroubleshooting and repairing powered lift equipment is preferred.
Experience with Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards is an advantage.
