The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our facilities and equipment through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, as you will be interacting with various departments to address maintenance needs promptly and efficiently. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage components. Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues accurately. Operate scissor lifts and other machinery safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Fabricate parts or components as necessary to support repairs or improvements. Utilize an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to assess electrical systems. Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and enhance overall facility performance. Provide exceptional customer service while addressing maintenance requests from various departments. Experience Proven experience in a maintenance technician role or similar position is preferred. Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks is advantageous. Strong understanding of electrical systems, including troubleshooting techniques for both low voltage and high voltage scenarios. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
