Install door hardware(hinges, stoppers, handles) using blueprints Adjust, repair doorsand electric openers for proper function Install door frames,tracks, spring systems, and openers Use hand/power tools andladders to position and secure equipment Read and follow blueprintsor diagrams for installation and repair Cut, measure, move, andinstall materials as needed Perform other duties as assigned by thesupervisor

Work Experience Maintenance Mechanic Skills:

• Mechanical Knowledge:

  Hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electricalsystems.

• Troubleshooting:

  Diagnose and fix equipment issues.

• Tool Use:

  Skilled with hand and power tools.

•

Technical Reading:

Understand manuals, blueprints, and schematics.•

Physical Fitness:

Lift heavy items, work in tight spaces, and perform physical tasks.
