In this role we’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Technician with a strong commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in healthcare settings Pay Rate $14.00
- 15.00 per hour Schedule and Hours 7:00 AM
- 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Possible weekends) 4:00 PM
- 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday (Possible weekends) Floor Technician Duties and Responsibilities Clean and disinfect patient rooms, beds, and bathroom fixtures using approved chemicals.
Collect soiled linens and biohazardous waste following hospital protocols. Dust mop, damp mop, vacuum, strip, wax, and buff floors as assigned. Perform high dusting and wall washing to maintain hygiene standards. Vacuum and clean patient care areas, public spaces, and administrative offices. Floor Technician Qualifications and Requirements Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR): Documentation of 2 doses or positive antibody titers. Varicella (Chickenpox): Documentation of 2 doses or positive antibody titers.
Hepatitis B:
Documentation of 3 doses or positive antibody titer or signed declination form. Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis (TDAP): Current vaccination required. Influenza (Flu)
Vaccine:
Required during flu season or signed declination form.
