Handyman for SFR-Single-Family Rental property maintenance Edify Home Preservation LLC Birmingham, AL 35204 Job Overview Are you a skilled contractor or handyman looking to make a real impact in your community? Edify Home Preservation is seeking motivated and experienced professionals to join our growing team in property preservation and maintenance throughout Birmingham, AL. We partner with national property preservation/Maintenance companies to ensure vacant, tenant occupied or distressed properties are secure, clean, and in conveyance condition. If you take pride in high-quality work and timely project completion, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Need to schedule appointment with the Tenant in order to visit the property Need to address the issue that is facing by the Tenant According to the inspection, need to provide an estimate for the work that needs to be done Handle minor repairs (roof, walls, plumbing, electrical, HVAC) Complete all work orders by the assigned deadlines
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Own and be able to operate standard tools and equipment Detail-oriented and committed to quality workmanship Able to work independently and efficiently Must have valid
SSN/EIN/ABC
