Job Title:

Maintenance Technician Job Description Responsible for maintenance of production equipment, ensuring all machinery and facilities are in optimal working condition. Responsibilities Perform emergency repairs to production equipment. Conduct general building repairs. Determine appropriate tools and procedures needed to complete tasks. Maintain complete and timely documentation on work orders. Work independently from verbal and written instructions. Essential Skills Maintenance technician experience Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical troubleshooting Experience with 3-phase systems Mechanical repair skills Ability to read schematics and blueprints Plumbing and HVAC knowledge Experience with electrical wiring Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of small tool and production machine operating systems Ability to diagnose and resolve problems with production machinery and facilities Capability to work alone or in a team Agility to work in awkward positions such as under machines, in tight areas, on top of large machines, or while standing on ladders or work platforms Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, painting, and HVAC as related to operation and repairs Why Work Here? Work Environment Work involves using various tools and equipment in different environments, including tight spaces, on ladders, and elevated platforms. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 – $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
