Hourly rate shall range from $22.00

00 based upon experience and certifications. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, general repairs, HVAC, & must demonstrate strong communication skills. Prior property maintenance experience strongly preferred but not required. HVAC certification required. CPO certification a plus.
