This role works closely with the Community Manager and Service Supervisor to complete apartment turnovers, respond to non-HVAC service requests, and assist with the overall upkeep of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare vacated units for new residents following a schedule Complete minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) Assist with appliance replacement and key/lock changes Support cleanliness and safety of community grounds Follow all safety protocols and company policies
