Key Responsibilities:

Facility Maintenance:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on buildings, parking areas, and grounds
-
Landscaping and Exterior Upkeep:
Handle lawn care, minor landscaping, and general exterior maintenance
-
Plumbing and HVAC Maintenance:
Conduct minor plumbing repairs, drain maintenance, and HVAC filter changes
-
Electrical and Lighting Repairs:
Troubleshoot and replace faulty wiring, fixtures, and lighting as needed
- Machine and Equipment Preventative Maintenance (PM): Maintain and service manufacturing equipment, including:
- Trumpf Laser
- Cincinnati Brake Press
- Roll Form Machine
- Saws, Vertical Lift Modules (VLM)
- Forklifts and Man Lifts
- Hydraulics

Safety and Compliance:
Conduct safety inspections, maintain eyewash stations, fire extinguishers, and ensure adherence to OSHA and environmental regulations

General Repairs and Project Work:
Assist with fixture and jig fabrication, contractor coordination, and special maintenance projects

Inventory and Supplies Management:
Maintain necessary parts and tools for routine repairs and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications:

Experience:
3 years in maintenance, facility management, or industrial equipment repair

Skills:
Basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, welding, and HVAC knowledge preferred
- Certifications (Preferred): Forklift certification, OSHA 10/30, HVAC or electrical license

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures.
